Shipping/Delivery Policy

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped with FedEx.

Shipping Fees: Shipping charges will be dependent on the final destination and will be charged during checkout.

Fulfillment Time: Typical order fulfillment time for online purchases is 2-3 business days after placing the order and receiving payment. A shipping confirmation is emailed to the user once the order has been approved and shipped. 

Estimated Delivery Timelines: Delivery times will vary depending on the final destination. All Duolingo Asia orders ship from Hong Kong. Once your order has shipped, a shipment notification will be emailed with the tracking information, so you can get an estimated delivery timeframe.
